The service
DTC Signals provides access to public-storefront research, saved observations, commentary, and AI-assisted explanations. You must be at least 18 and authorized to use the account email. Keep sign-in codes private and use the service lawfully.
Free and Pro
The Free account includes three saved brands and three AI answers per calendar month. Pro is priced at USD 29.99 per month and includes expanded saved lists, all 14 saved search phrases, standard exports, saved event plans, and 50 AI answers per calendar month. Unused answers do not roll over; allowances reset on the first of the month in UTC. Paid checkout is unavailable until subscriptions open.
Renewal and cancellation
When you subscribe, you authorize the monthly recurring price and any applicable taxes disclosed at checkout. Your subscription renews until canceled. Open Account → Manage billing & cancellation to cancel before the next renewal. Access continues through the paid period unless a payment is reversed, a dispute restricts access, or these terms are violated. Signing out or stopping use does not cancel billing.
We do not automatically prorate unused time. If you believe a charge is incorrect, duplicated, or subject to a refund, contact support@dtcsignals.com with the account email and charge date. We review those requests; any rights required by applicable law remain unaffected. Price changes will be disclosed before they apply to a future renewal.
Coverage and availability
The current directory begins with the September 30, 2026 baseline. Search estimates cover September 2025–August 2026 and are saved research, not a live keyword feed. New catalog observations may be added, but source storefronts can block collection or change. We identify unavailable data rather than treating it as zero. Saved event plans do not schedule custom collection or send alerts.
Usage limits and temporary service protections apply to AI. We do not promise uninterrupted access, complete market coverage, a particular result, or a particular volume of future source data. Material paid-service changes will be disclosed; contact support if the service cannot supply a purchased feature.
Research limitations
Catalog timestamps are not verified launch dates. Merchant compare-at prices are not verified historical selling prices. Public samples do not measure sales, revenue, margin, inventory totals, or demand. Commentary and AI can be wrong. Verify source evidence, product equivalence, currency, offer terms, and your own economics before making decisions.
Acceptable use and exports
You may use observations and exports for your internal business research and client work, preserving source dates and limitations. Do not share account credentials, bypass access controls, overload the service, resell access to the underlying dataset, or present DTC Signals as a source of private merchant data. Third-party brand names and source material remain the property of their owners.
AI requests and privacy
Submitted conversations and selected evidence are processed by our AI provider as described in the Privacy Policy. Do not submit information you are not authorized to share. AI cannot make account changes or verify a business outcome.
Reports and support
The USD 79 focused-report concept is a draft offer. It cannot be ordered until scope, delivery timing, and terms are agreed. Contact support@dtcsignals.com for service, billing, data corrections, or account questions.
