Black Friday Watch

A one-time pass for the season. Add up to 10 competitors, get a starting report within a day, daily alerts as their storefronts change, a brief each day of Cyber Week (November 23 to December 1, 2026), and a wrap-up on December 3: who started discounting when, how deep it went, which products sold out, and what returned to full price. Tracking ends on December 2. The earlier you start, the longer the “before” you can compare against; a pass bought late starts its record on the day of purchase. Snapshot report

One payment, one answer. You name up to 5 competitors; we read each storefront and deliver a side-by-side report: catalog size, price range, how much is discounted and how deeply, newest products, stock-outs, sale collections, and homepage messages, with a CSV. It is generated from the data, normally within 15 minutes. If we cannot deliver it within 24 hours, we refund it. A report is one reading; it does not include ongoing tracking. Questions

Which websites can I track?

Any public store website that allows automated reading. Shopify and WooCommerce stores are read in full. Other stores are read from the product data they publish for search engines: a daily sample of up to 250 products with price and stock, where discounts and removed products are not visible. A site with no readable product data can still be followed by its homepage sale message. You see which of these applies before a store uses a slot. A site that blocks automated reading, in robots.txt or otherwise, cannot be tracked.

When do I see changes?

The first check records a starting point. Changes appear from the next day’s check. History starts the day you begin tracking a store, so it pays to add a competitor before you need the comparison.

What can’t you see?

Sales, revenue, margins and demand. Discount codes that only apply at checkout. Some banners that apps add after the page loads. Prices are the listed prices a store publishes; a discount is the gap to that store’s own compare-at price, which the merchant chooses.

What happens if I downgrade or my card fails?

Your oldest tracked competitor stays active on the Free plan and the others are paused. We keep reading the paused stores for 14 days, so resuming within that time leaves no gap in your record.

How do I cancel?

Open Account, then Manage billing. Canceling stops the next renewal; access continues to the end of the period you paid for.

Refunds

Refund requests are read and decided by a person, not a rule. Write to support@dtcsignals.com with your account email and the charge date. A full refund ends the paid access it covers, and for Pro it also cancels the subscription. A report we could not deliver within 24 hours is refunded without your asking. Rights you have under applicable law are not affected.
