What is in it
- A side-by-side table: catalog size, price range and median, how much is discounted and how deeply, what is sold out, what is new.
- Store by store: newest products, deepest discounts, sold-out products, sale collections, and the sale message on each homepage.
- History where we have it: for a store we already read, how its discounting moved over recent weeks.
- Your store next to theirs, if you add it.
- Three things to check next, chosen from the numbers, and a short plain-language reading.
- A CSV of the comparison, and a page that prints cleanly to PDF.
How it works
- Enter the store addresses in the app. Each one is checked first, and you see how much of it we can read before you pay.
- Pay on our site. The form is Stripe’s; your card details go to Stripe, not to us.
- The report appears in the app, and we email you a link, normally within 15 minutes.
Know what you are buying
A report is one reading of public storefronts, written by software from the data. Shopify and WooCommerce stores are read in full; other stores from the product data they publish, which can be a sample; a store that blocks automated reading is shown as not read. We do not see sales, revenue, or checkout-only codes. A report does not include ongoing tracking: for that, see the plans.
If something goes wrong
If we cannot deliver within 24 hours, we refund it without your asking. Other refund requests are read by a person at support@dtcsignals.com.
